Yes it is washable. I sewed it onto the bottom of a shirt and I wash it on gentle cycle or by hand.

This lace is very pretty but is not an iron on product. It requires you to sew it onto the garment.

Hello, water soluble is a kind of production process (we use water-soluble woven fabric as the base, weave embroidery on the base fabric, and then melt the base fabric at high temperature to leave a three-dimensional embroidery).This white three-dimensional embroidery lace trim will not melt on its own when it meets water.
