Unfortunately, after buying two of these, one failed when the driver malfunctioned and it would no longer work. At that time, I was able to replace the first one that was installed with the second one that I had ordered. I then asked for and was promised a replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement after about six to seven months. The company reps have always been very professional, but after numerous contacts and promises they have failed to deliver. It reminds me, and most of you probably, that many companies are very helpful and responsive when there is money to be made, but after they have their money they become less interested in you as a customer. So, with much disappointment, I now rate them much lower and do not recommend buying from this company due to lack of customer support after the purchase. I paid for two lights and only have one that functions. So there sets my finished kitchen remodel with only one ceiling light where there should be two - not very attractive! Disappointed!!It seems that public shaming is the only recourse when companies for get the importance of their customers.October, 2017: I just installed this light and it looks great. I love the full white of the edge lighting technology and this one is no exception - beautiful. This light is typically used in drop ceilings, but I wanted it for my kitchen ceiling. I needed the low profile for our low ceilings and I also wanted it to match some other woodwork in the adjoining dining area. So, I made my own wood frame and it is just what we wanted.If anything comes up with durability issues I can write about that later, but berry happy with the purchase. Also very happy with the company who has already answered several questions about the right kind of dimmer to use. They did so in a quick, professional and friendly - the hallmark of a good business.Did I mention I purchased another already? Very pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good light, difficult install *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2017* Light works good, was actually more light than I needed for my kitchen, but was able to put a resistor across the dimming controls to reduce it to the level I wanted. That's the good news. The bad news is that, unless you have a hanging ceiling with acoustic tiles, you're going to need some ingenuity to install it. The fluorescent fixture it was replacing was housed in a 2x2 steel box, so the size was OK but I had to fabricate some brackets out of aluminum L-stock to internally attach it to the box with 4 springs to make the mounting both invisible and serviceable. It worked and looks good, but was a PITA, so find an electrician or someone to do the dirty work for you if you're not a DIY-er. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great LED Flat Panel Light *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2017* This LED flat panel is great. Installed in kitchen to replace a four tube unit that took 160 watts to run. this unit uses only 50 watts and makes more light. I made my own grid to mount it in the fixture already fastened to the ceiling after taking the tubes out and it works great. The write up didn't say, but it has hooks on the back side so it can be hung. Flush mounting would be hard because of the control box that sticks up about 1.5 inches on the back side. You would have to cut a hole in the ceiling. Anyway once mounted and flipped switch got a great bright light.
