Does this come with the measuring inserts as well?

I’m not sure what the measuring piece is but only comes with the 4 pieces in the picture plus runner blade and axle

Would these pieces ever really go bad and need to be replaced

I purchased replacements because I broke it while trying to take apart to clean. I don’t see the parts just being worn out. Ours got heavy use with twins for over a year and had no issues.

No, not like what you think, I bought those parts because I lost one part which is the white with the tall pin, I lost it when I wanted to wash the milk container.
