UPDATE: I made my return request and the hair came perfectly early the very next day in perfect condition. Before I could get to return the wrong item the right one was sent to me and that’s very impressive and I’m very thankful for that. The 1B,4,30 is soft and the color is simply gorgeous. Will be ordering from this seller again really soon.The hair I ordered was 5 packs of 1B,4,30 BUT! Received 8 packs of 1B in the company’s defense the label is correct but what’s inside the package is not. So it’s labeled wrong, but I can’t do my hair with the wrong color. But it looks very pretty just the wrong color was sent as you can see in the pictures I’ve taken.Keep you updated on what I get after I return it. Fingers crossed.

Based off the reviews, I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. The hair is soft and bouncy. It was easy to split the hair. Doesn't hold knots well, may need to try a different method. It does tangle a little but that's expected due to being synthetic. It's definitely better than the freetress brand. I usually section my hair in to 4, then either braid or twist it, then put on a scarf, flip the hair up before putting on bonnet. Its day 3, hair is holding up well. Didnt use any prodcuts yet. Received several compliments already. Will definitely purchase again

I brought this hair for my mother, I like it but you've to know how to care it because it can get frizzy and tangled. I don't know if I would purchase this hair again.

Very soft and durable!

I bought this hair do to small braids with a lot of leave out. The hair is very soft and made it difficult to knot at the end of the braid. This was okay, I just used nail glue to keep the braids from unraveling. The hair was easy to use. It didn't tangle much while installing it. The hair is very thick. As you can see in the pictures, my head is shaved on all sides and you would never know it with all this hair on my head. It's VERY full. I like big hair, so this is okay with me. I would suggest braiding the hair down all the way if you don't want it so full. This hair is very high maintenance. Don't even think about sleeping on it without braiding or twisting it up. You will have a tangled mess otherwise. I don't mind the maintenance. I just add a little leave in and some mousse and this hair is beautiful. I love it. I bought 4 packs and I only used 2.

Hair came fast! I used just about all the packs I love big hair! Got compliments all night. It is a little high maintenance hair. But just braid it at night you’ll be fine

The media could not be loaded.  I am not a fan. This hair gets frizzy fast and because it's very silky it does not hold a knot well. I tripple knotted it to avoid slippage but then I felt my knots were too prominent so I went with a double knot. I slept with a bonnet and twisted it into a ponytail so the hair was protected but its just prone to frizz.Also 5 packs is not enough hair. I installed my hair about 2 inches apart and I still could have used another pack if not two. I don't like my hair super full but it was so thin at the top I worried that if I turned my head too fast you would see a braid peeking out, yikes! I actually purchased an additional 5-pack so that I could finish my hair. However, by the time the second 5-pack arrived, the hair was getting frizzy and I just was not feeling it so I took the hair out. I didn't even bother to use the other pack. I wish I'd taken a picture before I took the hair out, but in my haste I didn't think about it. The only positive is that it comes with a crochet needle and they give you 3 little clips to help hold the hair out of the way while installing. The hair is pretty and silky when you first unbox it but unfortunately, I just cannot recommend.
