I like the fact that this is a well-made tool. The wheels under the loaded end are a relatively large diameter and wide enough to support the rated load on the work surface. The "automatic" two-speed function is also very nice. The lift moves to load contact with just a couple of pumps and then "shifts" to a slower speed for lifting the load while maintaining a relatively low effort input. Also, I like the cushion around the lower end of the lift handle that reduces the chance of damage to the vehicle from the handle returning to the vertical orientation when released.

First, if you buy this jack, remember to follow the instructions and check if more hydraulic fluid needs to be added. The phillps screw to check the fluid is under the pop-off red plate that is on top of the jack by the handle. My jack required at least 3 ounces of fluid. If you do not have hydraulic fluid, when you buy this jack also purchase a small container of it. The instructions say to do a jack fluid check that can result in you having to add fluid. I also purchased "Liquid Wrench M3312 Hydraulic Jack Oil - 12 fl. oz" so that I did not have to store a larger 30+ fl oz container that I likely will never need anytime soon. There is nothing that feels cheap about this jack. Nice steel wheels in the front. Everything is sturdy. The rubber disk on top of the jack life did not scratch when I used it twice to lift my car using a side mount point that I thought would damage the rubber disk. The handle is nice and sturdy. The foam on the handle is a nice touch. Equally amazing is that amazon prime delivered it to my home without even a scratch on the product box. They had two delivery people for the truck that delivered it, and it took two men to carry it to my door. That is how heavy this jack is. The only potential "con" in this review is that jack is so heavy that you have to be careful when you try to pick it up. It is like picking up a really heavy box where you keep saying I hope I do not hurt myself doing this. Be careful. Now only time will tell how well this jack will hold up, but it is off to a great start. I'll post an update if anything fails over the next 3 years.

Great jack. Its easy to use and doesn't require a lot of pumps to jack up a vehicle. The only thing I had figure out is how the handle attached to the base. There is a bolt on the bottom of the handle to screw down and keep the handle attached. Would highly recommended this jack. Its not cheap jack but its worth the price. Would highly recommended this hydraulic jack.

The box it arrived in was shredded, and it would appear that they forgot to add hydraulic fluid to the jack before shipping (there was some, but less than half of the minimum specified by the manufacturer). So I was suspicious about how it would perform. After purchasing some hydraulic fluid, I first tried this on the gf's car. Lifted a small Honda onto two tires no problem. This weekend, I finally had time to work on the truck this was actually purchased for. Lifted the entire front end of my old 4x4 F150. I maxed out the height and the safety features seemed to work as advertised. A little slow to raise once the jack is loaded, but overall it appears to work great so far. Cons - Other than the box and hydraulic fluid, the magnetic tray is cheap, and the pad and housing that contact the vehicle can fall out. Very heavy, a little under 100 lbs. For the price, this thing is awesome, and I would definitely recommend it. I'll update this review if there are any issues.

Bought this when it was on sale for 135. It's a bit too much for my personal use at home. That's my biggest sort of complaint for this is maybe a bit too much for home use but really in a good way. It's gets your vehicle up in the air fast. It's extremely sturdy and heavy. I question leaving it in my car for emergencys. For the sheer massive size a carrying handle would have been nice touch too an already excellent product. If you have limited space that could be a concern as well. I look forward to using this for years. For strictly home use this is about the best you can get. Maybe even professional mechanics might like it. If you're looking for something portable, easy to carry, and takes up little space to put in your car this might not be the best choice. If you want a really nice, fast, and high lifting for home use this is a definite winner.

This thing is heavy duty as heavy duty can be. Weighs 85 pounds, you can tell this thing is well built with tons of steel. The front wheels roll easily in rocks/grass, the back wheels are smaller and can get caught on small rocks. This thing will throw your back out if you try carrying it so wheeling it around is a must. I used it to lift my 25 foot trailer with my 22 foot center console boat on it. Lifted super fast and easy, the long handle gives good power. Placed two 3 ton jack stands under the trailer and lowered it nice and slow onto the jacks. I rate things fairly, this thing has no downsides besides the weight but that’s actually a plus that its so well built. Store it in a dry place and this thing will pass down to your DIY grandchildren.

Lifted my CX-5 like it wasn't even there. Felt super stable. Lowered the car slowly with lots of control and easily could adjust the handle to change the release speed. Would recommend

If you check out any of the service jack reviews, this jack is on the recommended. I would agree. With a few pumps I can easily lift my vehicle. When releasing the press, the jack brings the vehicle down very easily and smoothly. A little heavier then I wish but it is well built. It definitely makes my work a lot easier. If ordering, please be aware that box may arrive pretty well damaged. Check the parts and the jack over as there may be damage, scratches or cuts. If this is the case, contact Amazon and request another jack to be shipped out. I highly recommended this jack..

Works great, heavy duty, lift vehicle no problem

The jack is good and does its work really well. The packaging was all in pieces. To make matters worse, Canada Post did not want to deliver it home and I had to go to the post office to pick it up. Also, the people at the Post Office did not even bother to help me with getting to my truck. Lazy people. I like the product.

As noted this jack is heavy. Cradle quickly raises to jacking point as promised. It does take more pumps then I expected to raise jack under load but it has no problem lifting my pickup. Fully raised height is excellent and the main reason I went for this jack. Definitely recommend with only negative being slower then expected lift rate under load. Excellent jack at this price point.

This thing seems like a pro quality unit. Really nice. It's stronger than I expected which is nice. The wheels are much wider than your typical 2 ton jack. Unit lifts very quick until a load is on it. Then slows down. No issues at all lifting our SUV (4600 lbs). Unit doesn't have a handle so it is harder to pick up. Came well greased. I did release the air in the chamber as instructed. Seems like a great jack.
