Fully printed on only one side.
I've run into this problem on occasion, where one side is bright and colorful (usually the side shown in online pics). The other side is not separately printed, but relies on the screening ink to "bleed-through" the thin fabric from the "front" side. The result is that the reverse side looks like it's been faded in the sun several weeks - right out of the packaging. So alright, it's a novelty flag, I get that ....but not a good excuse for this.
