Nice sturdy build
Product is nice but please include a manual, with so many parts it becomes difficult to assemble

Wheels are not up to the mark
The only thing I didn't like about this tricycle are wheels....wheels are not made up of rubber the material used in the wheels of this tricycle is very cheap.......but yes for ride to learn purpose you can definitely go for it.Another problem is that assembling guide was not given.Rest is ok you can buy this product if you r looking for a budget friendly but stylish tricycle...Quality is just good not excellent

Great after service
I am giving them 5 stars not because of the quality(as I have not used it much for now), but because of their A-Star Customer service. I bought a tricycle of theirs from Amazon and one part had an issue in regard to its fitting. I knew Amazon wouldn't be of much help, so I tried calling their office directly. They had an immediate response and solution. Firstly they provided me with all sorts of instructions manuals and videos for assembly and also for the issue I was facing. But since I didn't have the tools for fixing it, they dispatched the new parts on the same day and I received it on the next(will differ for different cities). They followed up on everything and updated me on the parcel and everything. So 5 stars are only for their great services(Hard to see much nowadays).As for the product, it is good. The fittings of some of the parts are not as smooth as it could be. It's not hard to assemble, but because of some design/alignment issues, some people might face difficulty. The removable seat and headrest cushioning can be improved. Apart from that it seems good

Faulty design, baby was falling few times due to it.
Product quality is good but I am very disappointed with the faulty design. Safety bar and headrest and safety bar (single part) has a mount with needs be sided below seat , I found it slips very often and few of the times even my baby was falling due to it. I wish there was a screw below it to fix it certain place. I would not recommend this product just because they didn't put a screw slot to mount most import part of cycle. Very disappointed with purchase.

Parts Missing
Cycle was ok but 1 part is missing and packing was damaged.

Good Product
Product is very good in terms of Quality and Design...Only 2 things need to improve...1) One pedal is defective as you can see in pictures.2) Shaft which is linking handle and back side controller is damaging back side dolchy during moving.
