Amazing. Suggested by physio therapist.
Bought these for when I start physiotherapy on my hand due to breaking my radius and ulna. Brilliant. Seems soft and easy when using my good hand but is a challenge for my bad hand, exactly what I need!

Ease of use.
In all honesty I should be giving a lower score but as I didn’t check the size that is on me. I have started my physio by using the softest ball and hopefully I will be moving up the strengths in the coming months. They are easy to use and for the price they are good quality.

Hand exercising balls, returned, not quite soft enough for my 89 year old mum. She was unable to use them as they were too firm.

After finger ruptured tendon surgery very helpful. Different level of hardness of the balls let you get training different exercises.
