Tropical Punch is usually not my favorite flavor for things, but in this case, I really like it. Not like, it's ok for an extra hydration replacement drink, but I really really like it. I can't speak to its effects on joint health, or digestive effects, and I have nothing to offer in terms of a scientifically defensible review of its hydrating properties, but it does taste good and I like mixing up a large glass of it after a hot run. The powder disolves easily and doesn't leave a lot of floater powder in the drink. I do feel like it does a good job of hydrating after a lot of heavy sweating. Doesn't have any odor and is not too sweet or syrupy. Bottom line, it's a good mix up drink to feel like you're rehydrating, that tastes good and doesn't seem like it's just sugar water.

I’ve been hiking a lot this summer in the hot muggy weather. I decided to try a hydration source and I can honestly say the taste is way better than alternative options. Mixes well. No clumps. Easy on the stomach (coming from someone with a sensitive stomach). I’m happy I tried this product

This product rocks. We take them to the desert with us. If you start feeling dehydrated just drop a packet in a water bottle and you will feel right as rain in minutes. That taste like is ok, but you're not drinking it for the flavor.

I like the Liquid IV, Tropical Punch Electrolyte powder. It tastes very good, and this was the best value for the money that I could find. I personally had digestive issues, but I am sure others will not have that problem, unless they also have issues with too much acid. It is also very easy to use.

Great add-on for hydration. I had a sodium deficiency come up recently due to high consumption of normal water and a change in diet. Two weeks of these and I brought my levels away within normal. The punch flavor tastes great a nice add into filtered water or even something like vitamin water.

Really Helps with Hydration!Liquid I.V. has been a game changer for me. I use it after workouts and on busy days when plain water isn’t enough, and I feel the difference almost right away. The flavors are good (Lemon Lime is my favorite), and the single packets make it super easy to use anywhere.It is a little sweet, but I just add extra water and it’s perfect. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the boost in hydration.

Tastes horrible

This is a good way to stay very hydrated. My partner uses it when he goes football and says it helps so much with his hydration and stamina and I use it for gym and can agree! Love the taste of it, usual electrolytes taste disgusting but the flavour of this isn’t so bad :)

Used this when cycling in Lanzarote, also gave one to another person we both felt it was easy to drink and the Tropical flavour was good.

These do what they say they do, but for me the taste is not to my taste. They would be handy to carry with you and I keep them in the medicine cabinet, but, I would not buy them again.

Not a nice tasting product. And not sure if it hydrates any better than making a simple salt and sugar drink.
