Love this stuff. I’ve been Low FODMAP for about a year now and I really missed Mexican/Southwest cuisine. I can substitute a lot of my own stuff when cooking at home but taco/fajita seasoning involves mixing together a bunch of spices and takes a lot of time. It’s nice to just be able to sprinkle this on chicken or hamburger for tacos and nachos on demand. Honestly, I’m not sure what all the “too salty” reviews are on about. I guess it’s in the eye of the beholder, or the beholder’s taste buds, in this case. It’s just as good as most packaged taco seasoning and no one in my family can even tell the difference. Even the non-LF members use it now.

Very satisfying flavor for a low FODMAP Mexican food night... I'll definitely buy again! It contains only a few spices but I still like that the ratio is just right for the taco flavor I love. However, I cooked up 1 lb of ground chicken and to get enough flavor, I had to use almost 1/4 or the bottle!Quick-cook recipe shown:1 Med. Orange Bell Pepper3-4 Scallions1 tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 lb Lean Ground Chicken or Turkey1/4 cup Water (I used distilled)1/2 cup cooked Quinoa warmed & ready to eatSaute 1 orange bell pepper and the green part only of 1 scallion in 1 tbls EVOO and remove from skillet. Then brown 1 lb ground chicken and about 1/4 bottle of Fody Taco Seasoning and 1/4 cup water until the water is gone. Then add back the peppers to the pan and cook a bit longer. Serve over quinoa and top with fresh scallions :)

I'm not a fan of Low FODMAP foods, but my wife needs them. Surprisingly this is BETTER BY FAR than those taco seasoning baggies you get from the usual grocery store. I am genuinely impressed with the flavor. Almost tastes like an actual restaurant taco. Almost.Our order wasn't delivered, but we picked this up from a big-box health food store.

The mix has a nice blend of spices. You need a fair amount to be able to taste it so the price point is high. All in all I would purchase it again.

I admit I'm a lazy cook, and have trouble putting together my own spice blends to achieve the flavors I like. Having onion and garlic true allergy has made it very difficult to find good spice mixes. This one tastes GREAT. It does include salt, so watch how much you use, a little goes a long way. I used it to season sauteed mushrooms, and it was terrific. Also great on grilled burgers. Actually haven't tried it on steak yet.

I love using this for seasoning any meat I am grilling. I made turkey burgers on the grill and put this seasoning on it and they were amazing. In fact my family all tried to eat my burgers before I got a chance to. I would use this even if I wasn't on a low-FODMAP diet.

I don't know what I would do without this product. I put it on the beef and chicken I use for tacos and it gives them flavor I like just as much as my old, non-FODMAP brand. I also use it for non-Mexican food. It gives chicken, beef, and fish a wonderful flavor and makes this diet much more enjoyable.

It’s pricey and they can get it with people like me that have to eat FODMAP way but it’s a good product very happy with it and use it all the time at least you get some flavor

I put this on roast beef and it was delicious made the roast come out very juicy and tender . I used it on steak one night as well its really good .

Very good steak spice. My husband actually prefers this one instead of clubhouse 😏 I bought it for me but he keeps stealing it 😂

This mix is FODMAP friendly, and you can't tell by the taste. I use it in all different Mexican dishes, and you would never know it was a FODMAP-permitted meal.

This seasoning has no flavor. I think they forgot the Lemon it's all herbs!

It tastes really great on pork chops I tend to use this one alot .
