Easy to fit great taste and good for you

Ever wondered what’s actually inside these filters? I decided to open one up. I live in the Yorkshire area, where the water quality is already very good, and these filters are advertised to last 12 months. After seeing the inside, I’ll be replacing mine every 18 months at minimum.When I opened the old filter, it was surprisingly clean. The paper/fabric layer looked almost new, the carbon section was in excellent condition, and the string‑wrapped core was spotless.based on what I saw, these filters should comfortably last 18–24 months with Yorkshire water quality. Mine looked good enough to run for two years (Yorkshire area).

Setup was really straightforward, and I've saved a ton by not buying bottled water anymore—definitely worth the switch.Even though my water supplier claims the quality is great, I think many of us are still a bit wary. Having this filter adds that extra layer of protection and peace of mind.The only downside—and the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5—is there’s no indicator for when to replace the filter. I personally swap it out every 8 months though i think 1y would be fine..Overall, a great investment for cleaner better tasting water at home..

Had this product and dedicated tap for just over a year and am very pleased with it, it's easy fit, easy to replace the cartridge and it tells you when it needs replacing.Took whole household about 10 days to realise what the occasional 5 beeps a day wasLoL...Water tastes much better and we have extreme hard water.

This is a replacement cartridge for our water filter. It was very quick to fit but you do need to turn off the cold water supply before fitting. The idea of this filter is that it removes tiny particles. The mesh size is 0.01 micron. A bacteria cell is 0.2 to 2 micron, so this filter will remove bacteria and any particle greater than 0.01 micron. Note it won't remove dissolved ions in the water or treat water hardness. To do this you would have to add another cartridge in series.
