A total hit at our restaurant! Fast, reliable, and a huge crowd-pleaser!
I work at a busy restaurant and we added this cocktail smoker kit to our bar setup—it has been an absolute game-changer! We wanted to introduce smoked Old Fashioneds and custom whiskey cocktails to our menu, and this kit has helped us execute them flawlessly night after night. The torch is incredibly reliable, ignites on the first click every time, and lets us control the flame perfectly for a quick turnaround when tickets are piling up. The smoker top fits comfortably over a wide variety of glassware, and the wood chips are premium quality—they catch easily and produce a rich, dense smoke that beautifully infuses the spirits without any bitter aftertaste. Not only does it elevate the flavor profiles of our drinks, but the tableside presentation has also completely boosted our sales. Guests see the smoke cloud at one table and immediately want to order one for themselves. It is durable enough to survive heavy commercial use, easy to clean between shifts, and offers incredible value. Five stars all day from the restaurant staff!

Easy to use, works well, well priced.
A quick fill of the torch and we were off. Easy to use, variety of chips nice to experiment. First try left it on too long, VERY smoky, surprised us. Found 20-40 seconds worked depending on the bourbon, whisky. Affordable compared to some. We will likely move contents to a smaller tupperware in liquor closet as the box is lovely, great for gift presentation but squeeze out space for a couple bottles in the cabinet.
