Really like the taste. I only take the lowest recommended dose to feel the boost. Usually last up to a few hours for me. Quick tip to ensure the top is always sealed properly. I didn’t seal mine all the way one day and moisture got into the mix creating clumps. Overall definitely recommend.

Gives considerable amount of energy, works fine on me, doesn't crash mostly, and definitely have no trouble sleeping. But beware of ones with plastic caps, i ordered two from different sellers, one arrived just as described in photo, other with plastic cap, after testing them a while, i discovered the one with the blue one is less intense than the original one, for example, one scoop of metallic cap is equal to two scoops of the one with plastic cap.

I do not feel any extreme energy boost but it totally gives me focus that makes the workout very intense without fatigue. Another pro is the amount needed per serving (2 small scoops for me) is quite small, so the product lasts long!

I heard great things about ESP Pre-workout. I tried a small serving and did not feel any different. I figured it was because I ate within the past hour. Next time, I tried the same serving and didn't feel anything. I tried a bigger serving and nothing. What could be wrong? My final try, I didn't eat anything for 3 hours and had a larger-than recommended serving. Nothing. I don't have a high caffeine tolerance either. I never drink coffee or soda. Either this pre workout doesn't work on me or the newly updated formula is bunk. From my personal opinion, I would not recommend this product.
