Well, this has to be one of the best things I've bought to help with my migraines. Even my husband loves it for tension headaches. It's cooling, and puts pressure on just the right spots while also completely cutting out all light without having to hide under pillows. It's so well made, and great value for money. You can't adjust it, but you don't need to, the size is perfect for adults. So easy to use too, just stick it in the fridge, then when you need it, take it out and put it on. It's not the most flattering item, but when you have a migraine you don't care what you look like, and this is worth every penny

I’ve been suffering with a migraine for most of this week and my usual medication wasn’t working . After desperately searching for an alternative to medication I came across the Halo cold cap . As soon as it arrived I popped this into the freezer for an hour , the bag was really useful to keep the cap protected whilst it was chilling . I must say the cold was too much to begin with so I waited a few minutes and tried again . The cap provided instant relief and the soft gel texture was comforting, the weight of the cap is great as the extra pressure supports in relieving pain. The Halo Cap is so easy to use and is excellent quality , the gel stays cold for a long time and the bag provided is handy for storage and to protect when freezing. You can wear the cap above your eyes or if you prefer to cover up your eyes to provide a dark place to ease your head . The cap is also really comfortable to sleep in and provides extra cushion support with the gel. I would definitely invest in this if you are a frequent migraine or headache sufferer. I have been suffering for years and I wish I had invested in one of these sooner !

Wow!! The gel is around a cm thick! It stays cold for ages the weight of it is beautiful perfect for migraines and it lives in the freezer!! I must say it’s also good to de puff your face especially the eye area. The quality of this is wonderful I’m so glad I didn’t get a cheaper version. Also perfect for making you feel sleepy if you wear it over your face for 5 mins before bed .. but I got it for my migraines and it’s the best thing ever! Do not buy any other type just get this one and save on the disappointment! Best purchase this year!! Xx also if you feel it’s too cold just put it in the fridge but personally, I like mine in the freezer! It will also work as an instant cooler for summer when you can’t sleep cos it’s too hot and you need that instant cool me down. Nice bit of face freeze 😂 I mean it’s the gift that keeps giving honestly. Infact I might buy another for my son as he said it made him feel like he could just fall to sleep effortlessly!

Great , exactly as discribed and pictured. It comes in a plastic packet u can reseal to keep it clean when in freezer . It also says you can heat it up which i didnt realise so thats nice. It has elestic over the ear section for different size heads . Great fit for me . Helps alot . Only lasts around 20 mins at full coolness but it does state that on packaging so no complaints here . Highly reccommend and i was very skeptical and have tried many other ones. This one was the best one .

I suffer from migraines every time I’m on my period and this migraine relief cup has been a lifesaver. I love that it gets cold quickly, perfect fit, soft and not too much pressure on the head, just the right amount you need. It comes with a little pouch that protects the cap so you can leave it safely inside the fridge. I don’t even need to put it in the freezer because the coldness of the fridge is more than enough and the cold feeling remains for longer periods. I’ve been using it every time that I go to sleep even if I don’t have a migraine just because the coldness of the gel cap relaxes me so much.

I suffer from sinusitis and migraine. I have only used this cap a few times. I was surprised how heavy it was and thought it would be unbearable to wear, but once you put it on it feels comfortable. I found it relieved symptoms to a minimum level. I have only put in fridge to use and keeps cold for well over an hour. It has been a big help. Highly recommend.

I have two of these and they are fantastic. They have an almost instant impact and have helped me on numerous occasions. I absolutely recommend these as a way to manage headaches, especially migraines.

Wow! I genuinely didn’t expect such amazing results from this item, especially as head pain isn’t one of my migraine symptoms. Being completely honest, I assumed it would only help with head pain which is why I haven’t bought one previously, and I’m here to admit that I was totally wrong on that! Just to put it into perspective, I have Migraine with Aura, Hemiplegic Migraine, Persistant Aura, Alice in Wonderland Syndrome, and have been in Status Migrainosus for over a year. The MyHalos Migraine Relief Cap helps in ways I don’t even understand to be honest, but cooling the head is definitely helping with some of my brainstem and Trigeminal Nerve symptoms. It helps reduce my aphasia, restores a little mental clarity, and even helps stabilise the ataxia. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a miracle cure of course. But it is an incredible addition to any migraine toolkit, even if pain isn’t part of your individual presentation. I would highly recommend this item and actually plan on buying two more at some point so I can keep them in rotation!

The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Amazon where the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising. the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing. This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.
