Perfect fit

We were using individual yoga mats when doing floor exercises as well as lifting and while they somewhat served their purpose we wanted to get something more "permanent" that covered a larger area. Plus, when doing any form of lunges we found ourselves stepping off the yoga mat and on occasion it would roll and bunch up which could potentially cause us to slip and get hurt.These mat pieces are easy to configure to whichever shape and size you need, stay in place when moving around on them, are fairly comfortable on the knees/back when on the ground, clean with ease, and absorb the impact from weights if they are set down more aggressively than intended.I paid $40 for 42 sq ft (they were on sale and originally are $60) which was a steal and I would order another set to cover more space in my basement gym if the price ever drops again. Even at full price they are worth it.

Bought for a dog crate. Thick and somewhat flexible. Provides a nice cushion. She still chewed it, but it lasted longer than anything else so far.

I got these to place under some free weights and a weight storage bench I have. Easy to put together and protects my floors.

We bought these to turn a basement into a home gym and the quality of the tiles are great but can’t even fit the weight bench on it.

We love these mats for our workout space in our home!

Very Good

We got a bunch of this product (the Black variety) last year to use as underlayment for an above-ground pool/hot tub patio area. It works fine for that.The tiles are only 0.5" thick and 12" to a side instead of the standard 0.75"+ thickness & 24" to a side, so there are more gaps & irregularities in the texture pattern, and consequently it doesn't lay as flat with all the extra seams. Oh well, we're buying these because they're cheap, right? Right. It's still fine for protecting the bottom of an inflatable hot tub or vinyl above-ground pool from getting all torn up by little rocks & grit & corners of slightly-out-of-level paver stones.The BIG problem now though, is that the manufacturer changed the interlocking tooth pattern in the last year with no warning, and no indication in the product description or product photos.In fact the product photos all show the old pattern like they had last year.Now we can't expand the tiled area by just adding more tiles; they cannot connect since the "teeth" are now spaced differently and have a strange angle wedge in the middle of each edge, rather than "T" pattern continuously along the edges, and then partial wedges at the corners.In my photo, you can see the tooth pattern of this year's tile in front (6 teeth per side, non-uniform shapes along edge) compared to last year's cutout pattern *on this same product* underneath it (5 teeth per edge, uniform "T" shape except for corner piece).Very frustrating. I'd have to order a dozen MORE cases, pray they are all made to fit together, and then drain the 1500 gallon pool, and risk damaging the bottom even more by moving it, just to change out the tiles to the new pattern. And then I'm still stuck with 100 floor tiles that I can't use for this project because the manufacturer changed a fundamental construction detail with no warning.Anyway, be prepared to return several cases if the interlocking patterns don't match is the warning I guess. Or better yet, get the good 24"x24" EVA ones from Home Depot in the first place and avoid the headache with these.

These tiles are thick and firm (high-density foam) as described. I used them under my exercise equipment. I like the included borders, they make a nice and clean area mat.The price are a bit expensive but they are what I'm looking for (in terms of area and functionality).
