Fantastic bed cover. I bought this through amazon because it would be to me faster than through other various bed cover and truck accessory websites. It also ended up being cheaper through amazon. I received it in 48 hours and installed it in about an hour. I recommend watching the instructional video if this is your first install.It went in easily and looks very clean, to include the drain plugs that you don’t even see. It seals very well. Not water tight but there is so little water that may work it’s way in that it slowly will make its way out of the bed through the normal indentions in the bed.My only initial concern was that the cover I received had some spots on the edge seal(s) that were a little damaged. Well I contacted Bak and was immediately replied to. After providing the requested information and photos they manufactured and sent me an entire new cover right then and there. The only request was for me to destroy the damaged one and send a photo. This makes sense because I’m sure I could have easily sold even the one with the bad seals for several hundred. But I took the opportunity to see how it stood up to a ten pound sledgehammer.It did exceptionally well. This thing is so durable that the hinges took at least 5 direct hits with the sledge and were barely warped. Obviously I was able to go through the panel but only with a strong hit.Bottom line is this is a tough, mostly weatherproof, clean looking product. The only thing better than Bak’s product is their customer service.(And I was not paid at all for this review nor was I asked to write it)

Very happy with this product. The main reason for purchase was to keep my equipment, luggage, etc sheltered from the elements. Although there are some tiny spots near the tail gate where a very small amount of moisture/rain seeps in, overall it does a good job otherwise. Super easy installation and removal. The last time I removed the cover so I could load my dirt bike, the corner caps near the tailgate fell or broke off. I contacted Bak Industries and they sent me replacements at no cost. Very happy with the full circle experience.

Very nice cover and easy enough to install.

Every piece fit in place as advertised. I highly recommend this cover for your truck. If you can handle a wrench and a screwdriver you can install this quickly by yourself. I read the instructions fully then watched the video on the BAK website. Installed it by myself in about 40 Minutes while taking my time. Panels operate smoothly. The only reason I did not give it 5 starts is because I need to see how weatherproof it really is. I will update this review in a few months but since it never rains or snows in California anymore it may take longer for the update review.

Easy to install. I did it by myself. Anybody with home tools can do it. Love to protection it brings. No more worrying about leaving stuff in the back of the bed when on travel with kids for sports. Looks great. Love the flush fit. Enough water protection. No more putting crap in plastic bags. I even got around 1.5mpg more on my 2017 GMC Sierra 5.3L. I don't have a lead foot. If driving 45-65mpg you'll see it. Anymore than that you won't see much.

GUT CHECK! Ok, so I had a panel that was delaminating and I contacted customer service and the whole unit was replaced quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. I destroyed the old one as requested by them and then installed the new one. Guess what, it doesn't fit the same. It is at least 1" too short! I called customer service and the person I was working with is no longer there so I get some one else. They tell me it is a redesign/improved design from the other one. I send pictures and videos and I am told it just needs to be adjusted properly. If I could stretch it an inch it would work fine but that is not possible. It leaks on the front end and the back end. The gap at the back allows anyone to get into my truck bed. I have now been left with a cover that doesn't do what it is supposed to and I cant seem to get any help getting it replaced again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NEW/IMPROVED DESIGN to anyone!I really like this top! I was so skeptical because because of the cable latching system. They just don't show or tell you how secure this part is. I read were you could use a coat hanger to circumvent the security of the top. I find that would be next to impossible based on my installation. The top is designed to have a drop edge at the tail gate which makes it much more secure. I am sure there are thieves out there who could get in it but I would guess they would be few. I love all of the features but one thing I would change would be to be able and open the section closest to the cab without having to start at the tail gate.

I’ve only had this a few months prior to purchasing I noticed people complaining about it, not lasting long because of the rubber and plastic. All I did was spray UV protectant on the entire cover. Just got to take care of it. It’s common sense, exposed to the outdoor atmosphere and living in Arizona that heat and UV destroys stuff. Overall it was easy to install looks good I could actually stand on it but I only weigh 160 pounds, but I definitely tested it out and it does hold up. We’ll see how it does in the summer.
