Beautiful colors, great quality, hours of fun

This is a great puzzle, Melissa & Doug have well made, creative items.

My son loves this puzzle. Easy for him to use. Also I like how everything is sturdy and not easily breakable.

We buy a book and a puzzle for grandkids at least every other month. Melissa & Doug are the BEST. I stored away puzzles, wooden food, etc from my son 25 years ago...just put together a play kitchen for when they come. I'd recommend putting a number on the puzzle base and each piece (same number)...much easier when cleaning up

Fun, high-quality puzzles. Just the right size with bright images, and the trays let you put them together anywhere, even on soft carpet. The wooden pieces can be a little tough to slide together at times, but our toddler enjoys pounding them in if they stick.

Nice puzzle, seems well-constructed. My 2.5 year-old went right to work on it, and was able to complete a good percentage of it without help; I think the dramatically different colors of each element in this particular image help with that.Our one complaint is that it is possible to join some of the pieces slightly offset, so they get jammed together (but not perfectly together, if that makes sense). Having two pieces stuck like this can mess up the puzzling. My guess is that this is an issue with the particular choice of cut, and a slight shape change would solve it, but I'm not a woodworker. It's an occasional problem, and not a deal breaker for us. We still bought others in this series.Note: There is no picture for reference (no box to put it on, and they didn't think to include a sheet). My $0.12 fix: Take a picture yourself and print it out (normal paper is fine…go nuts and print several!) if you like having a picture to work with. With the exception of knowing where the corner pieces go, we haven't felt the need for a reference picture, so my $0.02 fix: take a marker and label the corner pieces on the reverse sides ("top left", "bottom right"…). Soon enough, the kid will probably know the locations by heart anyway.Overall: Neat puzzle. Not perfect, but good. Our toddler will have lots more fun with it.

My 2 and 3-year-old grandchildren had a lot of fun playing with these sturdy pieces. Their mother reported that she really appreciated the storage box. Beautiful, bright colors and great summer fun as they anticipate upcoming beach trips!

I love everything Melissa & Doug, and I make it a point to purchase their products for my kindergarten classroom. When I have grandchildren, I will continue the tradition of buying high quality Melissa & Doug products.

Bought these as a gift for my neice, i have them in my classroom as well but the ones at work are really worn so they break apart and snap into place easily. When i opened these with my neice the pieces felt like it was printed cut and wrapped never to be touched until bought, they were tight and quite frankly annoying to get apart and put back together. I know with a little use these puzzles will be great. Hopefully she still likes them by then..

We played this puzzle with our 3 years old grandson and we had a lots of fun.
