Pelican Insulated Bottle (18oz, 32oz, 64oz)

I absolutely adore this little thing. The wide handle on the cap comfortably fits three average sized fingers and with the rubberized grip it's easy to carry with any number of fingers in any orientation. The powder finish makes it easy to grip even when wet, and the base is a grippy rubber that provides great stability, even when filled.I was concerned that it would be a pain to drink out of having to open it each time but the lid comes off in two quick turns. The lip is rounded making it one of the most comfortable bottles I've drank from. I use it as an all-day, all-purpose canteen and cucumber water easily stays cool for 12 hours overnight, but I usually refresh it in the morning so I haven't tested the 24 hour claim. I'll also use it for sweet chai and it easily keeps comfortably steamy overnight.On top of that, the bottle is easy to clean, a bit small for a hand so a bottle brush is a must. There are three components: the bottle interior, the lid, and a removable rubber gasket on the lid. That rubber gasket creates a first seal, but the grey (black model) rubberized portion at the base of the lid acts as a secondary seal which prevents ant liquid from the threads leaking.Overall this bottle has replaced drinking glasses and mugs almost entirely for me and I suspect it would perform just as well for picnics, walkabouts, and certainly hiking (be conscious of the amount you need though, it's no camelbak).

Not much to say about an insulated water. It seems like there must be 100 different brands to choose from these days. As a fan of pelican products I wanted to give this a try and it did not disappoint. Built rock solid and I really like the matte black finish. I can attest it will easily keep ice for over 72 hours because I tested it before using it. Not that you really need a water bottle of this size to hold water for 3 or more days but it's nice to know it can. For those wondering, it does fit in my cupholder although it is a snug fit. I'd also like to point out all the accessory tops for yeti bottles will fit perfectly on this bottle. I personally bought a yeti "chug mug" top for days I'm in and out of the bottle alot and it works perfectly and is much more convenient. For days that I know I won't be in and out of the bottle as much, I use the original top because it holds ice longer than the yeti. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase! With the pelican lifetime guarantee how can you go wrong?!

I can not say enough good things about this bottle. I left it in a car in 90 degree heat for 5 hours and it still had ice in it.I bought this one specifically for the rubber base. It allows me to set it on top of a cars' hood/roof/trunk and never scratch it. The way more expensive yeti has a steel botomn. That would lead to angry customers 😂.I measured the temp every hour for 6 hours and at hour 4 it was colder than at hour 3. If left in a cool envirement the water temp will stay around 32 degrees.I'm a mechanic and I have dropped it on concrete, drug it across the side of a truck and dropped in on porcelain flooring from 4 feet. So far it's developed on a few lite scuffs. The powder coating is phenomenal. It's easy to clean and grease doesn't stick to it. I simply wipe it off.If you have smaller hands you can fit them inside to clean but my big mits require a bottle brush.I loved it so much I got my mom one in Florida. She uses it for hot tea and it routinely keeps her tea really warm over night. Not hot hot but still really warm.

Keeps ice all day long, I load it with ice and water, and after 8 hrs of adding water all day. It still has ice for the ride home. This thing is better than a YETI. I've gotten comments on how nice the color is, powder coated for extreme durability, it must be scratch proof because I've dropped it alot, and it still looks NEW! I did notice the bottom is non slip unlike YETI, which I like it stays put and doesn't slide.

This is a fantastic bottle. Keeps things cold or hot for a very long time. I pack mine with ice before topping with water and have ice water throught the Florida summer.This thing is durable to. Sent it bouncing down the road behind my truck when I left it on the bumper and aside from some dings and scratches, no damage.Pelican products generally outperform Yeti for me money. My only grip with this bottle is the plastic base that seems like it may be cracking a bit.

I use a yeti mag doc cap with this container because it fits and I like it better than pelicans cap. This container doesn't fit in drink holders in vehicles. This container keeps my coffee hot longer than my yeti so this is my go to drinking and driving container, for coffee. And not Irish coffee either. It's cost is good compared to yeti and keeps hot coffee hot longer than yeti but the yeti was a few ounces less and fit in drink holders in my work truck as well as my personal vehicles

I have a few of these and they've traveled the world with me, as well as been along on some very rugged adventures and extremely tough jobs (construction, machining, etc). More or less I love this bottle, and if you take care of it, most of the time it remains durable. However, I have had some run-ins with bottles where the insulation on the cap eventually wears out, and I sent a bottle back to Pelican to have tested. It seemed there was an air leak somewhere, and it was hard to tell if it was the cap (which showed signs of wear) or the bottom (which was able to move, unlike other Pelican bottles in my cabinet). Either way, this is a great flask and will withstand normal use and some fair abuse along the way. Expect an issue to arise if you abuse it heavily, though.

Durable, Sturdy and easy to use water bottle. I have use this pelican bottle for about a month now and I really like it. I ordered 2 more. I make shakes and it holds the cold all day. My ice stays ice almost 3 days. It’s a perfect size it fits in on my lunch bag. It’s a perfect amount of servings for water at one sitting. The wide mouth opening makes it easy to clean and drink from.
