Got these for hot yoga, gym , and base layer. Great fit, and seem pretty durable so far.

My husband loooves these! Great Christmas gift.Excellent quality. Especially, for the price. Much better than under armour for the price. Get this brand and be able to buy more. Really impressed with the fabric material quality.The material is soft, smooth and silky. It's also very durable. Great for jiujitsu and MMA trainers. The length is nice and long. The colors are so bright and vibrant. Fabric doesn't move around during jiujitsu. Quality, smooth, durable martial and colors.Of note: This isn't the thickly lined material that guys wear for MMA. In the case of the shorts models, this is the under armour-type garment that you would wear under MMA or exercise/fitness shorts. I wish this company also made the thicker, designed to be worn alone, MMA or fitness style layers. Of course, tops can be worn alone.My husband does wear these tops alone or the shorts, above silky sport boxer briefs, "alone" to places like hot yoga and sometimes to jiujitsu no-gi. He always wears these under his gi. Great layer for under gi's.My husband is 6'2", 210-215lbs, long and lean, 32-34 waist, but broad-chested and muscular. I got him the large in both these shorts and the long-sleeved top. They fit perfectly. He normally wears a large in fitted, stretchy athletic wear like this. So it's true to size.

I have a replacement hip and walk a lot for exercise. I was going out for the new Pixel watch so I could leave my phone at home. I don't have to now and can buy a new Garmin and take my phone with me. I have purchased a couple of different brands of these style of underwear and I definitely like these the best. They have a fuller fit for people getting into shape. The others are cut for people who are already ripped and probably on steroids if they fit the front well. These are way more comfortable all around. Quality seems good as well. I highly recommend them.I had to remove a star because of the lack of a pocket on the left side. The other brand I have has pockets on both sides and I'm used to having my phone on the left. It just feels odd with my phone on my right leg. The other brand was cheaper but has 2 pockets. These really need 2 as well.

Pocket is kinda useless but great gear for the price!

These pair of compression undies work well for these activities from my 2 week experience using them; running, biking, hiking with lots of hills, basketball, soccer. I went with a medium and have about a 30-31 inch waist. Breathability is surprisingly very good! I did not have a lot of sweat buildup, most of the moisture dripped off or went onto my shorts. Not bad!Hope you find these to be a great fit too!

Okay so I have 1 pair of under armour compression tights. they're amazing. but omg they are expensive. i decided to try these out because i was looking at all the reviews and I'm here to tell you that they're AMAZING.I really like how soft they are. VERY comfortable and they don't squeeze my FUPA (which the under armour ones do- which i thought was normal). They're also really breathable; they're def on the thinner side and when i press my hand against them i can see my hand through it. They're not sheer or anything but for those of you who aren't comfortable with their masculinity will probably be like meeeh but whatever. I wear them alone by themselves or with shorts over them. It's really nice to be able to focus on my run and not my chafe. #thickthighssavelives

Comfortable and movement and exercise with ease

the phone pocket is honestly pretty nice, depending on your activity level. the phone fits better and more snugly there than in regular gym shorts pockets. in gym shorts, my phone would swing around as i walk, but it doesnt in these. i usually just walk to do cardio, but i tried some running and the phone fell out. it doesnt hold the phone super tight, nor is there any kind flap, zipper or velcro or anything to hold the pocket shut. its really not even deep compared to many modern phones.all that considered, i did order a second three-pack. the material feels good, they are reasonably tight (not super tight on me.) i ordered size large. I wear a size 32 with a belt. im probably a size 31, or even 30, but i expect to be bulking back up soon, so wear the 32 with a belt. these shorts fit well in around the waistband, but the legs arent as tight (still ok though).i might break out the sewing machine and mod these to make the pocket more secure, but if the company would make a new version with it already, i would instantly buy like a dozen pairs.overall, i recommend these for walking or similar light duty if you wanna use the pocket for a phone. im not sure about cycling, running, or even any activities like sitting on the weight bench. i think a phone would be ok just laying on a bench, but phones are too expensive to risk dropping them over $10 shorts. unless maybe you have he-man quads and the shorts fit really tight. i dont think a smaller size would work well for me, because the waist is already about perfect/on the tighter side.

I use these as a base layer for other lycra exercise clothing. They fit well, appear well made and are just the right size. I would not recommend these to be worn on their own, as they are a little thin and quite "revealing," but for use as a base-layer, they are spot on. Recommended for this use.

Good product,have bought other from this seller, have no problems with it.

A nice snug fit and are relatively comfortable although i wouldnt want to wear them for more than a few hours. I use them for playing sports and at the gym for which they are ideal.
