Put a 1/16th oz lure on it after spooling it with 10lb braid and it cast a country mile, definitely a great casting reel. My wife bought the Orra S for me last Father's Day and I had fallen in love with it and decided she needed a decent spinning reel; after some looking around we went with this one. Pair it with a decent spinning rod and you'll have a great finesse bass fishing setup. I'd put this up there with any of the other popular spinning reels out there, from Pfleuger to Shimano. So far it has handled the wind, sunfish and bullheads. Real test is coming up on the 4 to 6 lbs suckers taken out of the river and/or 30" northerns, 3 lb walleye and large mouth bass.
