That’s a lot of weighting dirt for a terrace. Maybe check out grow bags instead. Can spread it out better.

Are these 2 raised garden beds? the description and photos are kind of confusing. It shows 2 but I am not sure if there are 2.

The raised garden assembly I purchased has 2 -5x10 beds but you can assemble in a different configuration.
