Like the adjustment in speed , needles depth and coverage of it . Definitely good for the price

I definitely should have bought this sooner. I was using the typical derma roller then the stamp. But the pen is astronomically better. Faster easy to set the depth. Then the setting on the intensity is the icing on the cake. One charge has lasted me about 50 days now. Definitely with the money.

Pen was very high quality and was made of metal. This pen feels like a $60 for a reasonable price. This pen has all that you need. A speed adjuster, depth adjuster, and a battery indicator. 10/10 would purchase again.

The 36 needle cartridges do not penetrate. I tried using them and nothing happened. I would recommend only using the 12 needle cartridges to see actual results. I have only used twice now, so I will update in a few weeks with full results

This machine came with everything that was offered with the more expensive machine. In fact, it’s the same machine as far as I can tell. I’ve used both!

Has different depth and speeds also 2 sizes of needles! Great for the money

I thought after researching this that I would be able to resolve my skin issues. I read instructions thoroughly and decided that it scared me to death. No way I’m risking damaging my own face trying to learn. I recommend that you buy this if you have experience and are educated about the process and risks.

Pretty good product. Well made. Seems to be providing results🤷. Just need to use regularly.

Je me suis procurer l'appareil qui reduit les cicatrices j'en avait une au dessus de l'arcade et une pres de ma levre inferieur qui rendait ,avec les annees qui file un pli et cela se remarque plus en plus. visible et rendait mon sourire de travers en le faisant une fois ou deux tous les 15 jours , je suis ravie de voir s'estomper ces ⁷cicatrices en me servant de cet appareil donc je vais me procurer les soins et les serum adaptes pour garder le visage d'un age avance er le reduire d'une quinzaine d'annee, cure de jouvence pour un petit prix et des soins hors de prix chez des dermatologues donc je vs le conseil apres avoir bien ecouter et regarder des tuto pour s'en servir correctement er un conseil supplementaire c'est de vous procurer des cartouches en plus pour pas se tomper ds les n⁰

I ordered it, used it today. I used the 12 needles. the 36 needles are too close to eachother, and therefore do not puncture the skin. Its better to use the 12 needles, and use a faster setting ( i used setting 4). For the forehead use 0.5 mm depth. For the nose use 0.25 because. for the cheeks 0.5 to 0.75. mouth and chin area 0.25 to 0.5.The cartridges fit well. The 12 needle cartridges have very thin needles and very sharp. the 36 needle cartridges have thinker needles and seem blunt. But that is okay since i knew i wasnt going to use them anyway.When you use this device, make sure to disinfect the work area, your hands, your face..everything. If you use it on unwashed skin, you risk a staph infection! Do not take this treatment lightly.AVOID retinol 3 days before treatment and 4 days AFTER avoid retinol also.Use a pure hyluronic acid SERUM during treatment (the ordinary).Use clean pillowsheets every evening to avoid infection!Do not use skincare products or make up 24 hours after treatment.Do not use ANY acid or exfoliation products on your face 3 days after treatment. Hyluronic acid is okay though.For hydration after treatment *after 24 hours, use pure aloe vera gel.Keep everything clean, sterile, hygienic!All in all, good dermapen, feels heavy, works well
