Material shortfall for 8ft length.
I purchased 8ft length, it delivered almost after a week delayed from scheduled date. 1st time seen a steel pipes are with dent. Rope length is not enough to operate for a normal 10ft celling height. Rope quality is not that grate.

It's good product. The pipes are hollow so they get bend in a month. Otherwise it perfect product. Easy to assemble. Value for money.

M paid for fitting and after delivered product fitting appointment is cancelled due to technical reason….. so now residual fitting appointment again AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Incomplete product very bad service I have requested a return they are not even returning or exchanging the product .... Highly disappointed.... I will not recommend to buy this product as they do not co-operate and they are just giving low quality plastic in such high price with missing items
