I love how you put your loose tea in this and it sits nicely in your cup, bought 2 one for my friend

First of all this really IS stainless steel. I have been caught out in the past buying similar items (on eBay not on Amazon but the same is on sale here for almost the same price as this) which turned out to NOT be stainless steel. How do I know? Because whatever metal it was tainted whatever kind of tea made with it with an unpleasant 'odd' metalic taste. Stainless steel does not do that and this strainer leaves NO unpleasant taste. The black silicone/rubber on the handles and lid (which doubles as a drip tray when you remove the strainer from the cup/teapot) does NOT 'fall off'as some have suggested. They have actually been deliberately made to be removable so that you can take them off to clean underneath them for ease of cleaning hygiene's sake. If you don't like them just take them off and chuck them because the strainer will work just fine without them. I like mine on, though. Very.classy!

Very useful when we want just a single mug of loose-leaf tea. No wastage of tea leaves in the tea pot. Handles all insulated too, so no burnt fingers. A little tricky to empty the wet leaves after use, but a tea spoon removes most of them, then a rinse in a bowl of water floats away what is left. Worth it though for the convenience of use.

I would have given this product an excellent review if it wasn't for the sleeves of the handles. In the photo, the handles look like they are covered in silicon but that is a very cheap/poor quality sleeve which comes off each time you try to pick the infuser by the handles. The whole idea of the sleeves is to avoid burning your hands but the sleeves are a very poor quality. Other than that, the infuser itself works really well. No floating fluff in my tea anymore.

Functional, small holes so nothing get's through. It has a little lid that you can use as a placeholder also. Fits nicely atop any cup or mug. Very pleased with this, also has a large compartment so you can place alot of your herbs or tea in it.

It serves its purpose with tea leaves

Brilliant design, I use this for loose-leaf teas as well as the occasional cup of coffee when I don't want to put the machine on, ideal for a single cup of espresso in the morning to kickstart my day. Very easy to clean and with the lid, it ensures that your contents are properly steeped.

A tea strainer that has small enough holes to prevent bits from loose leaf tea from escaping. Fits in a standardish mug easily enough (mine holds about 12 oz I think) with no issue. The only caveat is that the lid doesn't snug down as tightly as I prefer but as long as you're not trying to submerge or or juggle it, should work a tick. The rainbow color is delightful.
