Well I've had this hitch for a little over 2 years now. I tow for a living, construction dump trailers. Since purchasing I've probably pulled over 1500 dumps ranging from 10k to 20k. The hitch was great when it was new. I clean it once a week when washing the truck and grease it after. The hitch still looks great, but has gotten sloppy in several areas. (See picture. #1 and #2 bolts or arms at these location are so sloppy now, had to retire hitch.)The receiver area, the dual ball to adjustable hitch area, and the mounting bolts to the torsion arms. It makes a lot of noise and the banging that you get with a regular hitch is now annoying. I reached out to the company via email to inquire about getting some replacement parts to rejuvinate my hitch, but all he wanted to do is sell me a collar that has set screws to reduce the slop. Well l already have that part and would need to purchase another for the dual ball mount, but what about the main bolts to the two torsion arms? The hitch is not cheap and really don't want to buy another just to solve these issues. A hitch every couple of years is pricey, ouch! Five stars for the hitch when it was new, but minus two stars for the wear and lack of replacement parts available.

Works awesome. Pulled 10,000 lb boat no problem. Ride is comfortable. Definitely a head turner. Everyone asks about it.

A must have if you tow a lot.

Your getting what you pay for with this hitch. Very well built product and I would recommend it to those that tow a lot.
