Hi. :) Are the capsules as effective as the sublingual b12 ? Thank you.

These b12 capsules work just fine and brought my b12 levels up into the normal range (verified by blood tests).
I've tried sublingual b12 as well as other supplements and medications and none have been effective. It's my opinion that substances do not get absorbed under the tongue at nearly the rate that it is believed to be. I think the whole thing is a myth. Stick with regular pills and capsules that you swallow.

Can anyone tell me the "other" ingredients listed,.. such as, silica, magnesium sterate, natural flavors,. etc., etc...?

The ingredients are ...  "vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin). Other ingredients listed  ...hypo-allergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose,water).It also states on the label ... "This encapsulated product contains no hidden coatings, excipients, binders, fillers, shellacs, artificial colors or fragarance. Contains no dairy, wheat, yeast, gluten, corn, sugar, starch, soy, preservetives or hydrogenated oil."Hope this helps!
