Q: Will these block noise coming from outside if I put them on my window?

Not sure about that. These are made for a wall. they will block the sound coming from your space but they will not block the sound from the outside. It's feasible it could buffer and dim the sounds. I wouldn't put these on windows though.

Q: Do these peel off the wall easily? I don't want to ruin my wall if I need to take them down

They will peel of a painted wall just fine. After removing the panels, you can use mineral spirits to rub off the adhesive.

Q: can these be used on the floor?

I guess you could stick them on the floor but not sure if you would want to walk on them
