Ordered this product after receiving another brand that looked really cheap and felt untrustworthy for use. This product is extremely well made and despite it being plastic feels very strong and fit for use. The storage space is large and fitted with a heavy liner, so far no water from either use or weather has gotten into it. The steps don't make any weird noises or deform in use and are properly sized for our tub which is 36" high. So well made, reasonably priced, and attractive.

Upon arrival, I found the step was well packaged lacking any scuffs or scrapes from delivery. The assembly was fairly easy, with some drilling and screwing. The step looks great and feels quite sturdy, I weigh 200#+. It is great to have the interior vinyl lined top-step to store all my chemicals and test products right at the spa. I could also see this step being useful for other applications, such as entry to an RV. I believe the quality meets the value I paid for the step. So far, I am very happy with it.

This is the best spa step ever. Love the fact that I can store the chemicals right under the step. This is a sturdy heavy platform not your average plastic steps. It seens wider than previous steps I have used abd that it a great feature. It's a good height so you don't feel like you are over reaching. Easy to assemble abd if functions as advertised. It sits on our wooden deck and does not budge no matter who is standing on it. Well worth the money.

For not being very many parts, it looks nice and very sturdy but the instructions are lacking. In fact they’re horrible unless you’re an engineer.

Super sturdy, love how big and tall it is, makes it really easy to get in and out of the hot tub. Also, the large storage area is great to place all the hot tub chemicals. It looks very nice and super easy to assemble, even though the instructions aren't the best. Seems like it will last a long time.

It went together very easily and works. Great. I like that it has storage space built in. Very durable.

The finished product is sturdy. The storage area is open at the back, so be prepared for that. Assembly instructions were a bit lacking. It took me some head scratching to figure out some of the key elements. Key tips: 1. There are premarked divots for the locations of the holes you have to drill. I don't have metric drill bits so I converted to roughly 3/16" for the 5mm and 1/8" for the 3.5mm. 2. The 3.5mm holes will be used to attach the storage liner at the end. So for the end pieces you want to make sure the holes are on the inside when you assemble. 3. The hing assembly pictures are impossible to see with the terrible photos in the manual. I took a clearer picture and attached so you can see how it should go together. The mortise areas need to both face up on the hinge side. Check out the pictures for clearer notes. Good luck!

Although I have not tried it at the Spa, due to poor wrather, I like the unit. It seems very sturdy, only time will tell. Overall I like it, and would recommend it.

Decided to buy these stairs at a fraction of cost of ones being sold at hot tub store. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. The interior storage area is not solid, but rather a tarp like bag. wasn’t sure i’d like that, but it is working out fine. Things stay dry inside. The stairs seem to easily support a decent amount of weight.
