how do you fill these without making a mess?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out... you can use a spoon to place the chocolate on to the tray, or very slowly poor it on. Spread the chocolate around with a small spatula. The key is to fill the cavities in stages, not try and poor all the chocolate on at once. Start with half of the cavities, then add more chocolate and spread. What is the capacity of each one? I'm looking for 1ml.

Hi Nava, thank you for the question. The size represents the same size as a regular chocolate chip. I not 100% sure on exact ml capacity, but it will be less the 1ml. Probably 1/3 of a ml or half. I will check this for you and let you know.

Do you have to use a non stick spray or oil in the chocolate chip molds so they come out easy?

Thanks for the question No you dont need to use a spray or oil. They pop out, and to make it easier you can stretch the silicone in different directions to loosen all of the chips so they can come out faster. Carly Avery Road Homewares
