This product doesn't include a rear back camera for reverse parking, viewing or recording. However, there is an A/V in port that you can use for such added feature. The best way to hardwire one of these is to buy another lighter outlet for ~$5, and wire it direct behind the glovebox or under the dash. Plug your camera's plug into it, and hide the wires as needed. I even taped the plug into the socket to prevent it coming loose under the dash. You still unplug it and move to a new car if needed without cutting wires. 2 THINGS! 1) MAKE SURE LIGHTER OUTLET IS FUSED FOR SAFETY. 2) WIRE INTO A CIRCUIT THAT IS ONLY HOT WHEN THE IGNITION IS ON TO NOT DRAIN YOUR BATTERY. **Q: How big is the mirror that goes over mirror. The description says 85mm, butter that's just under 3.5 inches long. My mirror is like 8 or 8.5 inches lo** A: Somebody's math is wrong, and I DO NOT think it is you. The length of the mirror is 11 3/4 inches long, just a bit shy of 30 cm (300 mm). It fits well over my 2017 Toyota RAV4 mirror. The forward facing camera does swivel in its socket to allow for proper aiming and adjustment. Therefore, make sure when you install this unit over your existing car mirror that your car mirror does not rub up against the camera and hinder this swivel feature. Someone wrote in and said that the rear facing camera records, but it's not in the manual that came with the unit and I can't see that this is true, even after taking out the SD card and reviewing the data on my desktop computer. So I am returning my unit only for this reason. As a Ride Share driver, recording of the rear camera images is important to me.
