I recently purchased the Molasus Women's Cotton Underwear High Waisted Full Coverage Panties, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. I have incontinence and have gained weight as well. These pantie are so soft on my now delicate skin and are generously wide in the crotch area to hold my incontinence pads. They are sized to come up to my navel area, rather than terminating at my widest belly fat part. They do not shrink (I use a warm water). I’ve had these before and it all I use now, except I also have them in a boy short style for sleeping. They have maintained quality over time.

I originally ordered just one pack of these, actually having very low expectations as to whether I'd like them, the quality would be good etc. Well, they're probably the very best panties I've ever purchased from anywhere. They feel almost 100% cotton with a minute amount of something else. They are cool and breathable and fairly stretchy though absolutely not spandex feeling at all. They hug and support but have zero binding. They don't ride up on the butt cheeks and the waistband doesn't roll. They are the most perfect in every way pair of panties I've ever purchased. So much that I ordered a second package immediately. Price is great too. Highly, Highly recommend!

I’m 5 feet 7 inches, 155 pounds, waist 32 inches, hips 40 inches. Per the size chart, I am at the higher limit for size Medium and lower limit for size Large – so I purchased this 5-pack in black in Medium and they fit perfectly. I imagine the Large would have been fine too but just slightly looser around the tummy. I like to wear full coverage panties with a wide waist band that hold me in place without feeling constricted across the tummy and prefer the comfort of snug-fitting low cut leg openings that don’t dig into my skin. The double-layer crotch/gusset area is long and wide enough for any of us ladies of a certain age who pee when they sneeze/laugh as a panty liner fits perfectly without moving around or falling out of the sides. The double-layer waistband is about 2 inches wide and sits about 0.5 to 1 inch below my belly button and doesn’t roll down or fold-over so it is very comfortable, hides any muffin-top, and just makes me feel ‘tucked in’. Not a huge amount of tummy-flattening compression so don't expect miracles or for them to completely flatten out your tummy/butt area, but they are comfy for daily wear with no rolling or bunching up, no uncomfortable tight feeling around the waist, or cutting into the top of the legs. They are soft, stretchy and preshrunk (95% cotton, 5% spandex) so they wash really well and hold their shape. Overall, a great purchase and I’m very happy with the fit and comfort level for daily wear.

Love these. I wasn’t sure which size to get so I got XXL in tan and 3XL in multi color dark and pack of black. Sizing was consistent. Both fit well but I think the 3xl will end up being most comfortable. They stay up and in place throughout the day. Soft and comfortable. I appreciate that theyre majority cotton they do not have the second liner in the crotch area. Looks well made. Seams are nicely done. Don’t think I’ll have problems washing them like normal. For the price, I’m willing to try just regular wash. Kind of hope the 3xl ones shrink a tad but regardless I’m happy overall and will be keeping them all.

Was about to return the product …the picture in the ad has elastic band at thewaist as pictured around the legs. Decidedto try one pair on … glad I did ! They are very comfortable, good cotton/ stretch blend with good value for price !Place a more accurate picture in the ad.

Fabric and quality is good for the price. Fit is accurate, with enough stretch in the fabric but also tight enough to hold you in and still comfortable. Will purchase again.

I love this because it is high waist and cover my mom pooch and it doesn't hit my stitches like my orher underwear! It's good for c-section mamas and for when you have your period too. Must buy for sure!
