Does this fit to snowboard?

Yes it should. The snowboard might not be as snug as a surfboard but I don’t see why it would not rest in the holder well.

Worried I will stub my toes, how long is this stand, width & height?

will it support a board without a wall or any other support to lean against?

Ours is leaning on a wall but when I pull it out away from the wall, it holds the surf board just fine.
