I’m now a senior citizen and anything lightweight and sturdy is a must. My old ironing board of 25+ years served me well but in recent years it has been rusting and difficult to move because of the weight. In the last 5+ years my husband has had to move and set up the board for me. I decided to try this ironing board based on reviews, it’s light weight and the fact that it is NOT made in China. My husband and I are incredibly pleased! It is light weight, the cover is cushioned and tight, easy to move and set up and stable (no moving or rocking on our tile floor). What a great find! Now I can iron with ease and control once again! Plus I purchased a lightweight Panasonic iron that fits perfectly on the metal iron holder. Great items!

For those who feel duped because the brand “Bartinelli“ does not appear anywhere on the product, the Swedish manufacturer “Rörets“ actually builds the product in Sweden in partnership with Bartinelli, who designs the products in the Netherlands. It’s legit, according to my research on both companies. Not sure, however, why some iron rests (metal part attached to the end of the board) are stamped “Rörets” and some are not, like mine—no brand stamped anywhere on the board, including the metal iron rests. “Rörets” appears only on the fabric label and on the printed packaging material. The ironing board is lightweight and not as stable as I would have liked. It does wobble a bit because it is lightweight .It is very attractive and easy to open and close and stow in tight spaces. Also easily changes heights. I use it in my guest bedroom, which doubles as my sewing room, so it works well for me. While it is smaller than a full-size ironing board, ironing is not at all compromised. Overall a pretty good purchase.

Very sturdy. Best ironing board I've ever used.

Who knew there were so many choices for ironing boards. All the information is provided so it is on me that I didn't pay more attention. This board is shorter in length than my previous board. The height is the same. For my purposes shorter does not matter. A few things. It is excellent for storing the board. It is light and smaller than others. I can see it being excellent for a small space. The board pad is good with no shadowing coming through to the item being ironed. When you apply some pressure to the narrow end of the board while ironing, the back legs do rise up. This is easily fixed by not applying so much pressure. The lever to release the legs has to be jiggled some of the time to get the board to close. This may sound like a critical review; but, I am keeping the board and I am using it with good results. Would highly recommend to all who only have lesser needs to iron.

This is a great board. Purchased to go with my high power steamer. Very sturdy and durable. The cover doesn't wrinkle or slip around. It is smaller than my last board but still works with mens 2xl shirts. So it doesn't seem smaller

No way it is worth the $362 I paid for it. What was I thinking? Could have got a better one at bunnings for a tenth of the price. Have no idea why it was so expensive. Can I return it?
