Backed up my iPads but crashes when I try to back up iPhone.
It took a long time because I have a lot of photos but it successfully backed up my photos and videos on both of my iPads. However each time I try to back up the photos and videos in my IPHONE 7+ crashes every time I try. This is not a deal breaker but it is annoying as heck. Also forget about reading the user manual unless you have a magnifying glass to read it.Fortunately I have used 2 other brands so I know how to do it.

Nice 4 in 1 connector flash drive
Like size. Slide bar locks so connects easily. Basic file transfer from computer to flash drive completed with no problems.Needs lanyard clip. Needs power light to indicate on.Software/app seems involved but have not yet fully utilized.

Confusion about how to use it?
This little device is going to be handy when I know that I’ve got it set up right. I love the idea that it has adaptors to allow me to plug into my iPhone, my iPad Pro, and also into my Mac computer. I’m assuming at this point that I will get answers from the company shortly on what I might be doing wrong. I WOULD SAY THE MANUAL NEEDS TO BE ABOUT 8-10 TIMES LARGER.

1TB flash drive
Product arrived pretty quickly. Item was light metallic purple which is nice. App was quick to download. It did take a while to copy 2200+ pictures from my iPhone 13 to the flash drive

Plug and play
The app made selecting and saving photos easy on my iphone and my Macbook recognized the drive when I plugged it into the USB port.I’m glad there are links to how-to videos, as the print on enclosed paper manual is so tiny you would need a microscope to read it.
