Q: What side is this for? Will it fit a small woman?

I'm 5' and the one I got, didn't even come close to fitting me. It did fit perfectly, a 13/14 yr old basketball player, of slight form.

Q: Can I wear it over long running tights?

Mine fits perfectly fine over my running leggings. I do notice that when I wear it with them though that I have to tighten it more so it does not slip. Still works to support knee and patella though.

Q: Is this patella brace for left leg or for right leg? Or can I use it for both legs?

Roxofit patella brace can be worn on the right or left knee.

Q: can it be worn under long pants?

It would be too tight and restricting I believe, under slim fit pants or jeans. I think it would only work unde4 very loose light pants.
