Great Value
These pulleys work good however the track for the cable to ride on is small and required me to purchase some smaller rope (1/8 inch).

Seem well built but sure dont look like no ball bearing to me, also it says quiet and they are far from it, very squeaky.

Hung from the ceiling
I love there things! I live in a small apartment with vary high ceilings and was looking for a way to hang plants that I can lower when they needed watering. Just remember to screw them to the studs
