It can fit in your palm but is heavy as it is a rock. No you cannot out anything physically in it, it is a rock. You can put positive energy and chakras into it.

Bottom square maybe 2 square inch and about a 2.5 3 inch height. It is smaller than i expected but i wasnt the least bit disappointed with the product
