I prefer them in fact. This one, sadly isn't one that I like very much.I make sure my hands are super dry and clean when using this, since the handle is not very friendly. It's downright slippery. The blade sharpness is okay, but not nearly as sharp as some of my ceramic blades that are YEARS old. Either the blade was not sharpened or there is a coating on it. Have had other ceramic knives and they were wonderful, but wanted one this size. The warranty is for a full 12 months, but I can find nowhere to send or return it and no way to chat.
