🌟 This is the second supplement I've ordered from Equi. I recently finished the full course of their beauty supplement and genuinely loved the results of taking it. My skin, hair and nails look so much stronger and better. So when it came to my pregnancy and my husband and I discussing a good supplement with folic acid straight away, I knew I wanted to go with Equi!➕️ I love that the supplement comes in an elegant, big glass jar.➕️ The supplement needs to be taken 4 x a day but I was taking 6 a day with the last supplement so this hopefully should be a breeze➕️ They've been very thoughful in giving the supplement a lemon taste, unfortunately because of morning sickness, I don't like it! It's not too overpowering though so I'm able to swallow and screw up my face just for a few seconds!➕️ I've only just started taking the supplement and at the beginning of pregnancy, however if the last supplement is anything to go by, this should bring lots of goodness to my pregnancy and growing baba. We will also be likely to buy more once this runs out at its meant to be taken throughout the pregnancy and can also be taken prior to pregnancy and up till conception. In fact, research shows that taking folic acid months prior to conception, has lots of benefits for a healthier pregnancy and growing fetus too.🌟 Really like this brand, would definitely recommend. Premium ingredients and quality.

EQUI included calibrated ingredients in their supplements to nourish each system.This is the third EQUI formula I ordered, besides the Original and Menopause formulas. I used the Original, while my best friend had the Menopause one. When the Pregnancy formula became available, I ordered it for another close friend who is pregnant. As I know the high quality of all its products, I am confident and happy to get more products from EQUI.The EQUI supplement arrived in an amber-coloured glass bottle. It is beautifully presented and leaves the impression of a high-end product. It incorporates 26 premium ingredients such as oils, minerals, vitamins and herbs that support a woman`s journey to and through pregnancy. I am most excited about the inclusion of choline, which is paramount for brain development. The supplement also supports energy and immunity, reduces nausea, and helps regulate hormonal activity.The manufacturer recommends taking four capsules daily after food, a dose that can be split throughout the day. The tub contains a month`s supply. Moreover, for best results, the product should be taken for at least three months before conception, through pregnancy and breastfeeding, which can become very expensive. Nonetheless, given the quality and if you can afford it, you should try.Overall, my friend and I genuinely appreciate EQUI`s ethical and holistic philosophy and its applications thereof. Neither can comment on the supplement`s effects due to the short time since ordering. Like any supplement, you must take EQUI for at least two months to enjoy its full benefits.For her, it is not a very approachable price for only one month’s use. Nonetheless, the quality of the ingredients and the supplement delivers balanced nutrition and vitamin uptake, and we both recommend it wholeheartedly to all women who can afford it.

I am in the second trimester and have been so far taking pregnancy vitamins without issues. Mine had run out so I was interested to try these, being that they appear to be rated highly and are expensive to buy (assuming that counts for anything or implies quality). Sadly I will not get to find out whether these are fantastic supplements or not because upon opening the jar, the stench of rotten fish coming from within was enough to make me gag hard and nearly vomit where I stood. I’ve not had terrible nausea in this pregnancy but the smell of these vitamins turned my stomach instantly. My hand even stank after opening it just from touching the jar lid! There is just no way I’m going to be able to even open the jar again. A pregnant woman’s keen sense of smell is to help her protect herself and the baby and I will continue to listen to that sense.

Contains nutrients that are essential when pregnant.They're easy to swallow without any nasty aftertaste.Definitely out of my budget though, especially since you're only getting a month's supply.
