Why did we change from a softgel to a capsule?

You may have noticed we recently switched from a soft gel enclosure to a more traditional capsule. The capsule is more durable in the packaging, reducing the risk of leakage. It also contains fewer ingredients and carrageenan free.

Why not other multivitamins?

What is the shelf life of these multivitamins?

2 years. If the manufacture date is printed on pouch, expiration date will be 2 years later (MFG:05/2022 means expiration is 05/2024). Otherwise, the expiration date is the exact date printed on the pouch (EXP:11/2024 means expiration is 11/2024).

What is the difference between MFG & EXP date?

Pouches have either the manufacture date (MFG) or expiration (EXP) date on the side or bottom. If a pouch shows 'MFG: 05/2022', expiration date is 05/2024 (2 years from manufacture). If a pouch shows 'EXP: 11/2024', that is the expiration date.
