I was hesitant to try any sort of melatonin products since they always gave me nightmares, so I was wary of this product when it was suggested by a friend. I bought it and it arrived the next day. As someone who suffers from constant sleeplessness and insomnia, I didn't have high hopes for anything with melatonin in it.The taste and texture of the gummy isn't the worst and is pretty good. I took it the same day I received it. I ate 2 gummies about 30mins before I went to sleep and the fact that I didn't spend time staring at the ceiling surprised me. I was always plagued with a lot of noise in my head and that surge of energy and racing thoughts right before bed. Not to mention the other times where I decide to take melatonin, I always had nightmares. I was surprised to find no racing thoughts as I went to bed since I pretty much fell asleep almost immediately and even better, I woke up feeling refreshed and energized even after only 5 hours of sleep. Plus no nightmares!My hesitance is gone. I'll continue using this and update if anything changes, but I've been awake for 6-7 hours now and usually I'll still feel that sleep grogginess and need a second cup of caffeine, but I'm still sipping my first coffee instead of chugging it. I'm pretty amazed this vitamin worked asap.

This fast-acting gummy is taken one hour before bedtime. I start to read, and within minutes, I am asleep. It's the best I've tried, and I'm 82. If I wake up to use the bathroom, I can go back to sleep. It's a great product.

These really make a huge difference. I wake up very early and remain as active as possible daily so I can get maximum rest. I've always struggled with sleeping for long periods of time so I constantly encorporate changes to help. I noticed a decent change in my sleep after each use. It didn't seem to be significant until I ran out and I realized that they helped me get a deeper sleep even though I still woke up throughout the night. They calm my mind and they're really good tasting. I don't get grogginess that come from other sleep aids. I reordered and will continue to repurchase.

I’ve tried many different forms of melatonin, and this is by far my favorite. It kicks in quickly and doesn’t leave me feeling “hung over” the next morning. I rarely dream when I don’t take anything to sleep, and I have been dreaming every night on these. I assume that means I’m falling into a deeper sleep. I appreciate that it’s more than just melatonin. I’ve tried products with higher doses of melatonin but they give me restless legs. This does not. My wife used to take Benadryl nightly to sleep but takes this now instead and says it works better for her too.

The melatonin does its job to help with sleep which is the important thing. I have other Goli vitamins in gummy for and I like them. These were not as I expected with the reviews saying stuff like "great" or "good" for the taste. I understand that there are other ingredients besides melatonin but I didn't think it would taste bad. It is a tolerable taste - that is the best I can say. I didn't think much of the comments that said gummies stick together because I know they do! But these are STICKY, kind of slimy so they stick together. The slime feeling is less tolerable than the taste somehow. I'll finish this bottle (maybe) and then find a different melatonin to help with sleep.

Product does not work. I used it for two days. It is not effective. Don’t waste your time or money.I had to change my rating after I researched and saw that it does not make you fall asleep. It relaxes your body to help you fall asleep and I have been feeling so well rested and have more energy throughout the day than I did before. I will purchase again. I hope this is helpful to everyone else and I learned to do research before posting.
