can this be used as a diffuser base?

You need a reed diffuser base and only certain fragrances will mix with the base. For example, CandleScience has specific oils to mix with their base and the ratios are different. All of natures gardens fragrances mix with their base but fragrance throw will vary. There is a lot of research to do if you don’t want to waste oils or base.

Hello! If I were to add body glitter to this solution would it then be glittery if used in perfume making?

That’s how glitter works…. You add glitter to something and then it’s glittery. But, it will only be like perfume if you add fragrance. Be warned

Can you/ should you use an emulsifier with this room spray base?

I just bought some polypropylene 20 for the next time I make some sprays. Too much separation even with the emulsifier that's in the base.

can I put this is a plastic spray bottle?

I use glass for my room sprays using this as a base. But it comes in a plastic bottle, so you might be able to put it in a plastic sprayer. Not sure.
