Does anyone know if these are naturally shed?

At this price point, I very much doubt it..... There aren't that many peacocks around.....

Could these be used on an outdoor wreath on a porch?

Yes, they are very beautiful and would look great on a porch wreath. I recommend using hot glue or something to ensure it doesn't blow away in the wind.

Are these feathers okay to use as a cat toy?

Yes,it can be used by cat toy,but as it is the real peacock feather,so it maybe breakage if it is used cat toy.

Approximately what are the sizes of the big eyes and the small eyes?

The overall length of feathers is the same, ranging from 10 to 12 inches. The difference lies in the size of the eyes. The length and width of the large eyes are about 2 inches, while the length and width of the small eyes are about 1.5 inches. As all feathers are natural, the size of each feather is different, so there may be errors in the size of the eyes.
