Modern looks, finally!
I connected the BC108 to an Orange Micro Dark, because I thought the Orange 1x8" speaker's sound was a bit harsh. This one has tons of lows, almost too much. I guess the half-open back does its job! I hate the way Vox products usually look, but the BC finally broke the brown cloth and shiny X pattern. The Xs are there, but in a very discrete, muted manner. The speaker looks elegant, fresh, modern. I was actually looking for a BC110, but could only find 112 or this 108. 112 was a bit expensive, and despite my worries of volume and base I gave a try to 108. It does sound great! As I said, the base is almost too much with the only Orange, but if I add a pedal into the effects loops, the sound becomes sublime.

Great Little Speaker Cab!
I bought this cab for my bedroom practice. I wanted something small but with good sound. I use a few amp heads while practicing through this little speaker cabinet. Right now I have a Morgan AC40 Deluxe (40 watts rms) with wattage control, an Egnater Tweaker (15 watts rms) and a Vox Night Train (15 watts rms). I have used a Quilter Hwy 101 through it as well. All of the amps sound really good through this speaker cab. Plenty of lows, mids and highs. Vox has done a great job pairing the 8 inch speaker with a tight cab.

Arrived in good shape.
This is pretty good sounding for a tiny 8" speaker...surprisingly plenty of bottom end...real nice cabinet. Maybe a little pricey.. I use it as a practice setup with the matching MV50 Clean amp. Small enough to put on my desk and so is the little amp. I would take it to do gigs backing up acoustic instruments or other quiet jobs but I sure wouldn't depend on it to cut through drums with any kind of headroom. I have run the MV50 through a Fender 4 ohm 2-12 bottom and the thing can just about take the place of my 66 Bandmaster head for sure when talking about volume. Tone is not bad either...I A/B'ed them and was pleasantly surprised.

small, loud, good
I use this with my telecaster and MV50 AC amplifier and I love it. Sounds good and takes up very little space. More than loud enough for household use and easy to travel with, fits nicely into a carry on bag. I would rate this a high quality low cost solution for a small usable rig.

Nice little cab, ditch the stock speaker
Decent little cab! I ripped out the stock speaker and replaced with a Warehouse G8C and it sounds great! I run a 20 watt Egnator Tweaker through this cab and the tones sound really nice at bedroom/apartment levels. If you buy this cab, do yourself a favor and upgrade the speaker.

Great sound
Despite the size of this cabinet, the sound it produces is fenomenal either clean or distorted.

Best 8" cab out there.
I tested this side by side with an orange pcc108 cab and it blows it away!!! Get this if you want an 8" cab for use with a small amp (I have the JOYO MeteOR and they are like two peas in a pod... excellent combo. Thank me later!
