Just so others know the speed controller does not come with the fan. I guess i over looked that detail?

Yes. I bought the speed control that was recommended in the manual of the fan and also recommended by Amazon. There is a wiring diagram on how to install the variable speed control but I am totally lost as to how to install it. Not an electrician by any means of the word. The speed controller that I bought wasn't/isn't too expensive, however.

Is this a complete fan?. Fan, shutters frameevery thing in picture? Im asking because in description it says fan only just want be sure its not just

Yes it is complete including plug. Just cut hole in the wall , screw flat framework into wall and plug in. I wired mine to a thermostat so it comes on automatically when the humidity gets past where your set it for. Also the humidistat controls temperature settings. The thermostat DOES NOT come with the fan, but it is a good ad on.

Do you need to reprogram after power outage? Or will it just restart to previously settings ?

The extractor comes without the thermostat, it is purchased separately and manual programming is done with dial and. NO. You have to do new programming every time the power goes out
