The product which you receive is not same as advertised
The laptop which I ordered specifically said in description that it has 1920x1080 FHD IPS display and also it had type c port. The laptop which I received was different. It had no FHD IPS display and had no type c port.This product description is misleading.Always check your laptop after delievery.

Pay attention to the seller
This one works and looks like it was advertised. PC online was the seller and delivered on used like new. The unit was perfect. They have a very high rating and the product they sent reflects that. The other 2 I received were not up to the standard and their rating reflected that.

Battery was shot. Advertised with Windows 11 but came with Windos 10S
The battery would never charge. It was stuck at 0%. The computer would run only if plugged in. It advertised with Windows 11 but came with Windows 10-S. I called HP tech support and read the serial number to them, and they told me it was out of warranty because the unit was 4 years old. Also, when I read to them the specs (straight from the properties screen), they said the warranty was voided because it had been modified from 4 GB RAM to 8 GB RAM. I reset the computer to remove all my personal data and returned the computer. I gave 1 star but I meant for it to be zero stars. I wasted a whole day setting it up and another day returning it.

Came with Windows 10, NOT Windows 11 as advertised
Advertised to have Windows 11, but came with Windows 10 (see screen shot). Also, SUPER slow. I knew it was going to be, but I didn't expect it to be this severe.

Definitely good for price...but not Great
The HP I purchased was a used like new item. Arrived in very good condition even if shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard.Worked as expected.However the laptop arrived without any paperwork whatsoever. No manuals or quick start instructions.Didn't expect much but I did expect better.
