Beautiful frame

The frame itself is very nice. I wish the glass hadn't arrived broken.The frame came in possibly the thinnest bubble mailer I have ever seen, with one single square of bubble wrap around the frame itself.I don't know how anyone went "yeah that's an acceptavle amount of packaging" when looking at this but they definitely need to change something.Other than packaging issues, the frame is nice. It has a good weight, it's dimensions are as advertised, the back fits snug.

This is an absolutely beautiful little frame, however the packaging is awful! I ordered my first one and received it promptly the next day with the glass plate broken in half. The item was packaged in a simple bubble wrap envelope inside a plastic bag inside another plastic shipping bag. Took my chances and ordered a replacement which arrived in more time than the original took to find out the glass plate on this one was shattered, same lax packaging. I chose to keep the frame because I liked it so much and make my own plexiglass plate for it,however I doubt I will get any form of a refund for having to create this myself, lol. The frame itself is built well and it’s beautiful. I would just highly suggest that the company invest a little bit more in their packaging so that the customer is satisfied upon arrival. As you can see I gave five stars for each category but took one off the total for the packaging/breakage issue.
