Why won’t the keyboard connect to my iMac or MacBook?

BK10 needs macOS 10.13 or newer. Remove old pairings and reconnect as a new device. Older iMacs (2011–2012) or macOS 10.12 and below may not support the required Bluetooth profile.

Some keys type the wrong characters. How do I fix this?

This happens when the wrong layout is selected. In macOS, choose “British” (not “British – PC”). In Windows, set “United Kingdom”. If keys still mis-type, delete the pairing and reconnect.

The keyboard disconnects or types slowly. What can I do?

Keep the keyboard within 10 metres and away from speakers or other wireless devices. Low battery can cause lag.BK10 works only with devices that support Bluetooth HID and will not pair with Windows 7/Smart TVs/old Mac mini/Steam Deck or some adapters
