The media could not be loaded. I was going to throw this mold out but I went on a baking group page on Facebook and found someone that could help me with this mould. I originally bought it for chocolate.... It does not work with chocolate. But it does work with either edible paper or a nice Tuile recipe. I bet it would work for hard candy as well.Don't give up on these molds, just find something that it works well with.

I need more practice.
To be honest, I'm very new to this molding chocolate thing. So all the video watching in the world doesn't account for practice. And I learn by watching. They are quite flexible, and I probably left them in the fridge too long, as all I heard was crackling and it broke apart. Seriously if you're more experienced than I am, you'll probably love them. I just need to practice. and not eat. *L*
