What is the exact width and diameter of the asa spools?? thank you.

The flashforge spool is 200 mm in diameter, the drum diameter is 68 mm and the inner width (working area) is 58 mm. I'm sure it's the same for all materials.

I will have this running while I sleep and see the description says doesn’t produce fumes but I thought this kind of plastic did produce some.

I also sleep in the same room as my printer (ender 3) and while there is a smell it is barely noticeable unless you are really close to it.

Is the flexy pla supposed to be limp off the spool? I just opened this spool got a simi decent print from it then it wouldn't feed,

Tpu and flexible pla is limp, like a rubber band, and requires MUCH different settings than pla or petg.

is this is electrically conductive with 20% Metal Powder Filled?

I doubt it. It’s metal colored. I would not trust PLA with electricity regardless, it has such a low melting point it seems that would be a fire hazard if it got warm.
